This site has no account system — we don't collect passwords or login credentials of any kind.

When you tap "Inquire on LINE," we only receive what you choose to send through the LINE app itself (e.g. your LINE profile name and your message), which is also governed by LINE Corporation's own privacy policy.

Your "Favorites" list is stored only on your own device via browser localStorage. It is never sent to our servers, and it disappears if you clear your browser data or switch devices.

Site analytics: if you click "Accept" in the preference card shown on the site, we use Google Analytics 4 (provided by Google) to understand overall usage, such as pages viewed, device type, language, approximate area and traffic source. Google may set cookies or device identifiers for this. We do not enable advertising or ad personalisation (ad_storage, ad_user_data and ad_personalization are always denied), and Google Analytics is not loaded until you agree. You can change your mind or withdraw consent at any time via the "Analytics settings" link at the bottom of the site. Separately, we keep our own first-party visit statistics that use no cookies and store no IP address or user-agent (counted as sessions, not people), and Cloudflare's cookieless web analytics.

Property information on this site comes from our property database partner. Your LINE inquiry is passed only to the sales team relevant to that listing, to the extent necessary to respond to you.

Under the PDPA, you have the right to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or withdrawal of consent regarding your personal data that we hold, by contacting us through the channels below.

For "Favorites" data stored in your own browser, you can delete it immediately by clearing this site's data in your browser settings.

We use reasonable measures to protect data from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. No system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
